I rented through Folklands, and the entire process was seamless. I could not fault them. My viewing was with the director, Richard and he was not a typical pushy agent but was well-informed and a pleasure. Very calming nature. The application process was progressed by Richard and Marco, who was also a delight. Very responsive and attentive throughout.
